Upgraded from the old Albay Hotel days. It's a small, quiet hotel with amenities that fit your basic needs and then some luxuries as well. They have a restaurant, bar and swimming pool. Food is reasonably priced. Staff are pleasant and always smiling. They are pet friendly too!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Room is Ok you get all the basic hot shower, TV and AC and free WiFi (WiFi is very fast), there's no refrigerator in our room. Parking is very spacious. We got a fantastic view of Mt Mayon from our window. There's free buffet breakfast and use of their swimming pool. The hotel is beside a creek or canal that can be quite smelly at times sometimes you can smell it from the hallway. Most of the staffs are friendly and always smiling. The location of the hotel is very good it's quite central if you're going to most of the tourist spots in the area.

Water in shower is dissapointing “amoy imbornal” and we need to ask their utility to repair the shower tube, front desk manager does not know how to handle arrangement with guest.. need more training

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel’s amenities were excellent The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Room was ok- no view of Mr Mayon from our window. No refrigerator in room. Electronic locks were difficult to open. Noise from the street very loud; best to get room facing creek. ||We were not told that hotel is pet friendly. So two …
